Due to the customised nature of our AI-powered services, we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced or a deliverable has been provided. If you are not satisfied with the initial deliverables, we will work with you to revise and optimise the results at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
You may cancel any recurring service with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for completed work. In cases of accidental duplicate payments or billing errors, a full refund will be provided.
